jjrr's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjrr does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jjrr reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice or liability.
jjrr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on jjrr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jjrr will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
